REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Items must be in new, unused, unwashed condition, and retain all original tags and packaging.
We cannot accept returns of used or washed swimwear; for hygiene reasons, all returns must be in their original condition.
2. Refund Process
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving it and provide your order number and reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which should be included with your return package. Returned items must be shipped by the method specified by us.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure we can verify the return’s arrival.
If your return request is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. 4. Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, the refund will be processed. Refunds will typically be credited to your account within 3-5 business days of processing.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to company-related reasons.
